Android 11: Temporary permissions
Users frequently download applications that run only a few times.
In such cases, you do not need to give the program rights without a time limit.
In Android 11, a feature has appeared that allows you to flexibly distribute permissions to installed applications.
For example, if you try to send a photo to WhatsApp, a window will appear asking permission to use the camera.
You can choose to deny, allow only this time (until the app closes) and allow only while using the app.
It is recommended to choose the third option. In this case, you will be sure that WhatsApp does not use the camera in the background.
If you have already granted permission, you can change your choice:
one. Open “Settings”.
2. Go to “Applications”.
3. Find and click on “WhatsApp”.
4. Go to the permissions section.
5. Customize the issued permissions as you need.
Note: The names and locations of the settings may differ depending on the firmware.
