In today’s technology world, we miss out on a lot if we don’t automate routine tasks. Using all the features of the software correctly, you can free yourself from monotonous work and devote more time to important things.
Microsoft has specially developed a program for such tasks Power Automate Desktop. This is a multifunctional tool that can automate the management of files, folders, e-mail, work with notifications, set up data collection and even manage your social networks.
Important point: in order to work with PAD, no need to learn programming. All development of algorithms and their debugging are carried out in a familiar graphical environment. Open the program and start creating processes with the button “Create a thread”.
After that you will be taken to the Flow Builder screen, where you can view the list of actions in the left pane to see how much you can do with PAD.
You can use flows to, for example, quick opening of our telegram channel: 1. To do this, in the menu on the left, find “Browser Automation”.
2. Move the action “Start a new browser instance” to the main workspace.
3. Then fill in the fields as in the screenshot: add the link https://t.me/telegram and the maximized state of the window.
four. Save the settings and start the flow with the button “Run” on the top.
