In the may update of Windows 10, Microsoft removed the full OS reset feature. The company offers users to reset their PCs using a different feature, but the new one does not remove installed apps.

If you need to reset your PC without saving programs, there is another way:

  1. Click the PCM on the start icon.
  2. Select PowerShell.
  3. Enter the following in the console: systemreset
  4. Press Enter.
  5. A window will appear reset the OS.
