When watching movies and TV shows at home, all of us have noticed that the dialogues are sometimes quiet while the music and other sounds are too loud, especially in action scenes. There are many reasons for this: from improper encoding of multichannel audio to improper adaptation.
Sound Lock (https://www.3appes.com/sound-lock/) can help you solve the problem. This is a software sound limiter that sets a limit above which sound volume will not rise. If a movie or TV show suddenly has an explosion, a scream, or just intense music, their volume will not exceed this limit.
The program allows you to adjust the volume of each channel or all at once, and select the output device to which the limit will be applied (speakers, built-in speakers, headphones and so on).
In the settings you can activate the automatic launch of the utility at Windows startup and, if necessary, the automatic activation of its work (by default it is off, you must turn it on with the ON button).
