Windows 7 update broke PC shutdown
The final update of Windows 7, released on January 14, 2020, broke the wallpaper. Due to a bug, the desktop background was repainted black.
The developers released the second fix update, after the end of support for Windows 7, which also did not remain without bugs.
When trying to turn off the PC, on the latest update, some users stumble upon the message:
“You don’t have permission to shut down this computer”. Translated means: “You do not have permission to turn off this computer”.
Microsoft representatives have not yet figured out the cause of the problem. The network believe that the bug arose due to incorrect functioning of accounts.
