
Have you ever had a time when you need to put photos of people on a slide, but the photos have different shapes and different sized faces. Try cropping the photos and putting them in a circular shape using a mask. To do this:
In the Home tab, select the Oval tool and with the Shift key pressed, draw a circle.
Create a circle of the desired size and place it on top of the face in the photo.
Click on the photo and select “Foreground” to place it on top of the circle.
Use your mouse to select the photo and the circle below it.
Go to the “Format” tab and click “Merge Shapes” → “Intersect”.
Now you have a stylish circular photo that you can use in your presentation. This approach gives your presentation a professional look and allows you to highlight key points. Save your changes and enjoy the creative design.
