Service codes are used to access numerous Android features, also known as secret codes.
But why? They are not needed by an ordinary user, they are not published in instructions, etc. First of all, they are used by engineers and developers for various system tests.
To use such codes, you need to go to “ Phone ” and go to the section “ Dialing”, then enter desired and call.
Several useful codes:
*#06# – information about the IMEI of the smartphone
#*#4636#*#* – information about Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi (short for ‘Wireless-Fidelity’) is the name commonly given to wireless networks that conform to the 802.11 specification laid down by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers). Wi-Fi provides fast data transfer rates and has become almost ubiquitous in recent years. Most computing devices are Wi-Fi-enabled.
