Chrome will have video recommendations
At the beginning This year, Chrome received a new tool to control audio and video playback directly from the toolbar.
Google now hopes to further improve media playback in Chrome. The company announced M edia Feeds, so that websites can make video recommendations.
For example, recommendations from streaming sites such as Netflix and YouTube will appear right in your browser. They will be based on your preferences, just like the services themselves.
Google also provides API that will allow sites to use this feature. If a website has pre-enabled this option, it may tell the Chrome user that they have their own recommendation feed.
This feature is currently in the latest builds of Canary, so will require some time to make it to the latest stable releases.
