Iâm getting this error when trying to enable sync on my Windows 10 laptop. I am the only account and administrator on it, and this is the message on âSync your settingsâ page: Sync is not available for your account. Contact your system administrator to resolve this.
This is likely to be a problem with connected accounts in the âAccess work or schoolâ settings page.
On Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, remove any account, restart your computer, and check if you see the âSync is not available for your account. Contact your system administrator to resolve this.â message.
If you no longer see the message, you can try adding the work or school account again. If not itâs not required, donât add it back.
Of course, you wouldnât do this if youâre using a PC connected to a Domain. If this is the case, you first want to contact your system administrator.
