Google has started rolling out Chrome 119 update with a new interface design.
Material You has seriously changed the look and feel of the browser. Tabs are lower and now highlighted with colored ovals, and icons have been redrawn in an outline style for improved readability. In addition, icons have appeared next to each item in the “three-dot” menu, which makes it easier to quickly find the desired section.
The shape of the address bar has also changed. It has become more rounded at the edges, and the Back, Forward and Refresh buttons have become fatter. Overall, the browser design is now very reminiscent of Android 13/14 and looks very fresh and nice. You can install Chrome 119 in your browser settings, in the “About Google Chrome” section.
