When you’re dealing with a problem, then you can use the Troubleshoot settings page, which includes several troubleshooters to diagnose and resolve many common problems.

To use the Troubleshoot settings on Windows 10, use these steps:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Click on Update & Security.

  3. Click on Troubleshoot.

If you can’t resolve an issue, using the community is one of your best options.

To use the Microsoft community to get help on Windows 10, use these steps:

  1. Open the Microsoft answers website.

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

  3. Click the Windows category.

  4. Click the Ask a question link from the top-left corner.

  8. Use the “Category” drop-down menu and select the Windows option.

Once you complete the steps, it may take a while, but you’re likely to an answer from one or multiple people recommending steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Also, the internet has a lot of solutions. You only need to perform a search using your prefered search engine, such as Google or Bing to find your answer. Just be specific including error, messages, and other keyboard in the query.

Get help using Microsoft technical support

Alternatively, you can also contact Microsoft technical support directly by phone or chat to get assistant fixing virtually any problem with Windows 10, Office, and any other Microsoft product.

However, this service isn’t free. If you want to contact the Microsoft support and get a timely answer that will fix your problem, you’ll need to purchase the “Assure software support.”

The service costs $99, and it offers one year of support for Windows 10, Office, and other products, and you can contact the company by phone or chat, and you can even go to a physical Microsoft Store to get technical support.

The company also offers other paid services, but they are one-time support, and they cost half of the yearly subscription.

If you don’t know who to contact for assistant, the company also has a directory with all the customer service phone numbers sorted by region and country.
