American Rare Earths (ARR) is accelerating its pilot plant program to produce rare earth concentrate, which may expose critical infrastructure and supply chains to cyber-physical threats. The project's rapid scaling increases the risk of industrial control system (ICS) compromises, operational disruptions, or supply chain attacks targeting rare earth mineral processing.
