How to turn off notifications completely in Google Chrome?
There is nothing in the world more annoying than endless unnecessary notifications, the answer to which is always “No”. They not only irritate, but also scatter your attention, distracting from important matters.
Notifications appear at the top (as a request to subscribe) or at the bottom (as push notifications from the site) of the browser window, even if the user was offline at the time of sending.
To disable all notifications in Google Chrome:
1. Click on the icon “Three dots” at the top right of your browser window and select “Settings”.
2. Go to “Privacy and Security”.
3. Select “Site Settings” and go to “Notifications”.
four. Activate the item “Prohibit sites from sending notifications”.
