An extension called TabCopy will help to cope with this task in the Google Chrome browser.

After installing it, a corresponding button will appear in the block of browser extensions, in which there are 3 items:

  1. Copy selected tab - copy the current tab.
  2. Copy N tabs in window - copy tabs in the current window.
  3. Copy all of N tabs - copy all tabs from all browser windows.

There are also copy modes Expanded / Extended, Compact and Link.
