Few people know, but YouTube has an activity control function for mobile app users. The service provides users with a full report of the time they spent watching videos.
To view screen time, open the YouTube app, tap on the account icon in the upper left corner, then select “Viewing time”. You will be taken to a page with a graph of your screen time.
From the report, you can find out how much time you spend on YouTube on average every day, how much time you watched videos for the current and previous day, as well as for the last week.
In the same menu, you can manage your viewing time. You can turn on rest reminders, set up bedtime notifications, and turn off the next video autoplay feature.
