How to quickly archive files on iPhone and iPad
For a long time, Apple made it difficult to work with Zip files on iPhone and iPad. Now, starting with iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, Apple has integrated support for Zip files right into the Files app. “Photo”:
1. Open the app.
2. Go to the desired album.
3. Press the button “Select”.
4. Select the required photos.
5. Click on the button “Share”.
6. Select “Save to Files”.
7. Specify an available location to save.
8. Press “Save”.
9. Open the application “Files”.
10. Find the folder or location where you saved the photos.
11. Press the button “Select”.
12. Select all photos.
13. Click on the three dots in the lower right corner.
14. Select “Compress”.
Automation will create a file named "Archirve.zip"
. If necessary, you can rename it.
