On Android, depending on the number of applications you use, the number of notifications you see on the lock screen and the notification drawer can be overwhelming. As a result, there might be times when you may end up clearing all your notifications without checking them first, and other times, you may want to see a specific notification again, only to find out that you already dismissed it.
Whatever the case might be, when dismissing notifications on Android, they are not immediately deleted. They will continue to be available (for at least a day) through “Notification history,” which is available in the settings.
This guide will show you the steps to recover deleted notifications on Android.
